LHH Recruitment Solutions is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Austin, TX

Are you an Litigation Paralegal with complex commercial litigation and/or financial services litigation seeking the next step in your career with a GREAT law firm in Austin? Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

  • Manage discovery and depositions.

  • Interview witnesses and clients.

  • Compile and organize evidence.

  • Assist with trial preparation.

  • Calendaring court and other case deadlines.

  • Assisting with case management and scheduling.

  • Gathering and organizing case-related documents.

  • Legal research tools and document review.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in legal studies or a related field preferred

  • 5 years of experience as a paralegal in complex commercial litigation and/or financial services

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Experience in nationwide litigation

  • The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000
