Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to drive process improvement.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
- Monitor profit loss statements and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Experience in sales or business development is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
