The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of large customers, ensuring the delivery of technical project milestones, and contributing to the development of program strategies and plans. As a Technical Account Manager at H2O.ai, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the successful planning and delivery of complex technical programs. You need to have technical knowledge and understanding of how AI, Data platforms work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our technical initiatives align with our business objectives and are completed on time and in scope.
