Job DescriptionAs a Location Support Specialist for the Customer Service Center, in the Business Tech function, you will handle a wide range of tasks involving hands-on support for end users. The role can be seen as Support Services' pro-longed arm on site to provide technical assistance and support in troubleshooting.
This hybrid role reports into our Market Business Tech Operations Manager and is based out of the Chicago Customer Service Center.
