Gundersen Health System is Hiring a Regional Clinic Manager Near Prairie, WI
Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time, Clinic Manager to join our regional leadership team, managing the Prairie du Chien Clinic, Patient Liaison (receptionist) Regional Float Pool, and Regional Provider Float Pool.
What you will do:
- Provide management and oversee the delivery of clinical services in the Family Medicine & General Surgery Clinics, along with managing the Patient Liaison and Provider Regional Float Pools.
- Manage and lead approximately 32 direct reports comprised of Patient Liaisons, Regional Business Office Coordinator, RNs, LPNs and Medical Assistants to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director and Medical Director to achieve unit strategic goals
- Collaborate with a strong and experienced team of clinical managers and leaders throughout the regional leadership team

What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
- Valid Driver’s License
