PURPOSE OF THIS JOB

The Business Analyst will be an important role at Guayaki driving the company with business modeling and comprehensive system analysis. This includes the targeting of workflows, creation of the optimal process solution, and teaching that new process to system end-users. The individual will work extensively with the largest distribution channel within Guayaki, the Yerba Mate Company, to better identify and align key reporting metrics with expected outcomes. This role will provide exposure to an extensive network of individuals across Guayaki.

EXECUTION

Project Task Objectives

· Drive process improvements and implement best practices around forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting

· Strengthen Encompass data from initial creation up to its communication to external systems such as NetSuite and Tableau

· Automation of repetitive, manual tasks being completed by field and back-office end-users

· Compile, model, analyze, and present large amounts of data with meticulous attention to detail

· Produce routine sales reporting, ad hoc support, and sales distribution analysis, drilling into root causes of performance gaps

· Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Communication and Language Ability:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent ability to speak, read, write, and understand English, the primary language used in the work environment.

· Proven customer service skills

· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Organizational Ability:

· Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

· Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Computer Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Excel

· Exposure to Encompass, NetSuite, and/or Tableau a plus

· Familiarity with iOS, PC formats
