Guardian Protection is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Our Inside Sales Consultants design and sell the perfect system to fit the needs of our future customers, through a proven consultative approach. Guardian Protection provides high quality leads from customers who have expressed interest in our home automation and security services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Convert leads to new customers from Guardian provided leads - No Cold Calling
  • Work with leads to understand their needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Follow call flow to ensure consistent call handling and maximize inquiry conversion
  • Demonstrate timely follow up on customer inquiries and potential opportunities
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Work with internal departments throughout the closing process of the sale to ensure accuracy and customer experience

What you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • High level of motivation / self-starter
  • Willing to learn and implement the Guardian Protection sales process
  • Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
  • High School Diploma / GED (minimum)
