Guardian Access Solutions is Hiring a Vice President of M&A Integration Near Nashville, TN

The Vice President of Integration will act as the post-acquisition integration project leader to coordinate and execute the integration of new assets and implementation of acquisitions and strategic partnerships, oversee establishment of new business segments, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration in alignment with strategic objectives and value maximization. Partner cross-functionally with department leadership and other teams as appropriate to integrate and operationalize functional activities. The ability to balance the technical aspects of integration with the human and cultural elements is crucial for ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement detailed integration plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements that are in harmony with the company's overall objectives
  • Facilitate the integration of acquired ventures into the broader company structure and address roadblocks efficiently, seeking innovative solutions when necessary
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and secure acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategy
  • Oversee the consolidation process, balancing operational impacts with the enhancement of organizational value
  • Coordinate with regional and departmental leadership to assess new acquisition initiatives and develop data-driven strategies
  • Analyze and interpret financial data related to acquisitions; ensuring that the integration plan aligns with financial goals
  • Effectively manage the budget allocated for integration activities
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of the integration process
  • Guide teams through the transition, managing resistance, and ensuring a smooth adoption of new processes and structures
  • Work closely with senior management to align acquisition initiatives with overall enterprise objectives and guidelines
  • Encourage teamwork across functions to establish and maintain best practices and standardized processes
  • Develop and execute the integration strategy for successful post-merger integration
  • Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements, minimizing any potential legal concerns
  • Ensure that all objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure that vision and mission are achieved
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset and passion for creating and driving value
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of related experience with increasing responsibilities as track record
  • 3 years demonstrated leadership in integration within a complex, multi-acquisition setting
  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and executive skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and achieving consensus at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge of M&A processes; including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger integration
  • Experience as post-merger project manager
  • A demonstrated strategic mindset and passion for creating and driving value
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, especially in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations is preferred
  • As a condition of employment, employer will conduct a background check and drug screen prior to hire
  • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to understand, speak and write English
