As a Digital Designer, you will...
- Concept and develop creativity across the entire workplace and employee experience, including in-person, live events, and well-being activations, through static and animated assets.
- Translate internal content for external expression across our social channels and our Careers site.
- Design assets that appear in email newsletters, on our intranet, digital signage, and print collateral.
- Adapt consumer promotional and video content for our large-scale lobby displays.
- Edit existing static graphic templates, evolve them, and create new ones.
- The Digital Designer will work with the project manager to effectively prioritize work for on-time delivery.
- Ensure design and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a similar field.
- 3-6 years of graphic design experience.
- An available online portfolio of graphic design showing a refined typographic sensibility.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of web, display, and print technologies.
- Experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.
- Proficiency in developing storyboards and visually communicating motion concepts.
- Experience with pre-flight and file setup for print.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with large-scale environmental displays.
- Experience shooting and editing photography.
- Experience in shooting and editing video.
- Experience with using Generative AI tools to enhance output or workflow.
