A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Digital Designer - WDX. The successful candidate will design assets to promote internal workplace activations and events, bring to life our well-being strategy and support external employer brand expression on social media, the web and at in-person recruiting events. The ideal candidate can take an idea from concept to execution, creating a compelling static and animated design for immersive experiences.The company offers a great work environment!

Digital Designer - WDX Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $65-$75/hr
• Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40hours/week, 5 Month Assignment

Digital Designer - WDX Responsibilities:

• Concept and develop creative across the entire workplace and employee experience, including in-person, live events and well-being activations, through static and animated assets.
• Translate internal content for external expression across our social channels and our Careers site.
• Design assets that appear in email newsletters, on our intranet, on digital signage and on print collateral.
• Adapt consumer promotional and video content for our large-scale lobby displays.
• Edit existing static graphic templates, evolve them and create new ones.
• Work with the project manager to effectively prioritize work for on-time delivery.
• Ensure design and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.

Digital Designer - WDX Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of Graphic Design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Experience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.
• Experience with pre-flight and file setup for print.
• Experience working with large-scale environmental displays.
• Experience shooting and editing photography.Experience in shooting and editing video.
• Experience with using Generative AI tools to enhance output or workflow.
• An available online portfolio of graphic design showing a refined typographic sensibility.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of web, display and print technologies.
• Proficiency in developing storyboards and visually communicating motion concepts.
