The VITA/GOVs office is seeking contract IT Support Specialist III to work on technology projects, phones, laptops light networking at the Governor’s Office and to support the rest of the transition and support the administration.

This position provides services to maintain and supportdaily IT operations and the underlying technical infrastructure at Office ofthe Governor and Administration. Thisincludes but is not limited to direct technical support for all IT relatedequipment owned and operated by the Administration Cabinet, their staff, Officeof the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. This includes workstations, data network, voice network, server filemanagement, vendor wireless hardware components, and network printers atmultiple locations. This position willalso support the agency owned hardware and software, oversee incidents andservice requests, account administration, and perform any otherresponsibilities necessary to keep the administration and Commonwealthinformation systems running smoothly.
