We are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Carpentry Apprentice and Support Specialist to our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced carpenters while contributing to interior finish carpentry projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with carpenters in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials for interior finish work
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure an efficient and safe environment
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and tools as required
• Participate in the installation of trim, cabinetry, shelving, and countertops
• Gain hands-on experience operating and maintaining hand and power tools with guidance from skilled professionals
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work setting
• Execute tasks as assigned by the lead carpenter or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for learning and developing carpentry skills
• Exceptional work ethic and capacity to follow directions from seasoned carpenters
• Basic mathematical skills and keen attention to detail
• Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment as necessary
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
