Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist Support Specialist to join our team of professionals in beautiful Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting daily IT operations and the underlying technical infrastructure. Your tasks will include providing direct technical support for all IT-related equipment, managing workstations, data networks, voice networks, server file management, vendor wireless hardware components, and network printers across multiple locations. Additionally, you will oversee incidents and service requests, handle account administration, and perform any other responsibilities necessary to keep the information systems running smoothly.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting complex technical problems
- 4 years of experience in managing databases and networks, workstations, data networks, voice networks, server file management, vendor wireless hardware components, and network printers across multiple locations.
- 3 years of Mac support experience and desktop support
- 5 years of iPhone support experience
- 5 years of networking fundamentals experience
- 5 years of customer support experience
Highly organized with strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Additional Details:
- Candidates will work ONSITE daily from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (NO exceptions).
- Candidates MUST dress professionally daily.
- Candidates are responsible for their own parking.
