GRUBBRR is looking for a versatile graphic designer who solves big problems, creates beautiful experiences, and understands the "why" of design. Reporting to the Art Director, the Graphic Designer will join our growing creative team and will be responsible for designing a wide variety of digital and print collateral, collaborating across disciplines and departments to tackle challenges from conception to launch. We're considering candidates with strong design portfolios, good attitudes, and a desire to explore ideas that push design forward. This is a hybrid/in-person opportunity; only candidates who are able to work in or relocate to the Boca Raton, FL area will be considered. No fully remote option is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate within teams to design unique solutions for a variety of projects
• Deliver a consistently high standard of work while meeting deadlines
• Support the GRUBBRR brand with internal design resources such as social media graphics, sales collateral, presentations, emails, website content, and more!
• Take projects from concept to completion
• Understand and maintain brand consistency for both internal and external clients
• Create initial concepts, wireframes, functional design solutions, and mood boards
• Stay current with digital and industry trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2 years of experience in design focused on creating digital and print marketing assets (In-house or agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing varied and impactful work
• A self-motivated, conceptual thinker who is open to feedback and eager to collaborate
• Demonstrated ability to design marketing materials for a range of brand styles. (Social media, blog, or advertising examples are best)
• Expert knowledge of design software and workflows, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc), Google Suite (Primarily Slides), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with or without supervision
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A desire to learn and improve! Must be open to creative critique and further growth
• A passion to think broadly and bring unique ideas to the table. We welcome your creativity!

BONUS POINTS:

• Strong grasp of user experience design, information architecture, and prototyping
• Interaction design experience including creating high-fidelity prototypes (Figma or XD)
• Functional knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML and CSS)
• Familiarity with content management and eCommerce solutions such as WordPress
• Experience creating video, animation, and/or motion graphics
• Working knowledge of email marketing programs (SendGrid, MailChimp, Active Campaign, etc.)
