GRUBBRR is seeking a mid/senior-level product owner to help build our next-generation self-serve ordering solutions. We strive to build Cloud-native, consumer-first, UX-friendly kiosks and online applications across a variety of verticals supporting enterprise clients and small businesses.

Behind our consumer applications, we integrate and interact with a deep-stack of payment, loyalty, and POS systems. In addition, we also provide actionable insights to enable our customers to make informed decisions. Our challenge and goal is to provide a frictionless experience for our end-consumers and easy-to-use, smart management capabilities for our customers to maximize their ROIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture requests and translate them into product requirements
• Own and manage the product backlog
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Participate in product increment planning and Scrum meetings
• Validate implemented features against requirements
• Analyze and document third-party APIs
• Represent the customer to the development team
• Participate in all agile SCRUM ceremonies and activities
• Demonstrate product features to stakeholders and customers

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of a product life cycle
• Technical background with knowledge of software architecture and modern software technologies and standards
• Experience with APIs and tools such as Postman
• Excellent knowledge of Cloud and SaaS solutions
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in business process modeling
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good organizational skills and ability to work with large teams

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 5 years as a product owner or similar role in product management
• At least 3 years as a business/system analyst
• Product Owner certification such as SAFe - a plus
