Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential facility catering to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care plans, financial acumen, and operations management.

Duties:

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs
- Manage budgeting and financial aspects of the facility
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for senior care, memory care, and nursing home facilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including social work activities

Skills:

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
- Strong financial acumen for budget management
- Knowledge of senior care, memory care, and nursing home operations
- Background in social work or related field
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff effectively
