Job Description:

Perform, manage and control the Testing activities and processes by ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of the process to deliver high quality softwares. Managing and building a testing team as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create test plans for planned release / roll outs
• Test Scoping for each planned release/ roll out
• Write Test Scripts for users to execute.
• Ensure tests are in Zephyr prior to execution.
• Define and Co-ordinate test run schedule.
• Daily status reporting.
• Coordinate with process teams, operations SMEs and Country users in planning and preparing for tests.
• Coordinate Test Environment, Test Data needs.
• Coordinate Test run schedule together with the execution team and keep it consistent across local teams.
• Ensure quality for Country acceptance execution.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Lead Defect triages for test executions.
• Coordinate test phase exit exercise and appropriate Sign off

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of testing experience.
• Prior testing experience in SAP environment/systems, SAP S/4HANA (Preferable)
• Experience with Zephyr, Jira
• Experience with Service Now (Optional)
• Should have strong leadership skills.
• Key previous experience and proven skills in:
  • UAT / BV testing & or co-ordination.
  • SAP testing experience.
  • Test Planning.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management.
  • Mature & Clear Communication skills.
• Must have valid Work Authorization in the US
