Requirements are as follows:
- 10 plus years of hands-on SAP testing experience
- Manage and control the testing activities within SAP
- RQM experience is a plus
- IS Retail experience is a plus
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to determine testing effort
- Develop test strategy and test plans
- Perform Smoke, Regression, Functional, System, performance & End-to-End Test
- Execute scripts for GUI functionality, System Integration, and end-end testing
- Schedule tests to execute, monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress
- Execute, manage test cases & report bugs to Quality management
- Defect logging and retesting using HP ALM 11.0 and/or JIRA
- Perform backend testing by executing SQL queries or integrations.
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities.
- Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM) in excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, written and client relation skills
