Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Support at all stages of a Master Data implementation project
• Prepare business process documents
• Facilitate fields requirements and mapping sessions
• Prepare fields mapping document
• Prepare functional specifications
• Conduct tests including unit test, system integration test, and other tests
• Prepare test scripts
• Prepare training sessions
• Facilitate user acceptance tests
• Prepare test master data for other modules during test cycles
• Collate data and make it ready in upload format
• Perform cutover activities including uploading data to SAP system
• Extracting SAP table entries and perform validation tasks
• Provide support such as identifying defects, troubleshoot, and fix the defects
• Adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• A record of taking initiative (self-starter), driving results, and accepting increasing levels of responsibility
• Well-rounded understanding of business, partner and project management practices
• Work effectively as part of a global team coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve functional and technical obstacles with customers under the direction of the Project Manager (PM)
• Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
• Take responsibility and provide due support in escalated projects
• Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
• Detailed planning of process implementation
• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
• Develop and Assure quality of process models
• Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

Requirements:

• The candidate must have prior onsite experience in a customer facing role and of customer management
• Strong leadership skills, ability to lead a team and engage customers at the executive level 
• Strong communication skills including presentation skills in a small or a large group
• Must be able to adhere to project timelines and manage quality delivery
• Proven ability as a team player
• Must have experience in Project Reporting and MS Office tools
• Must have prior experience in Manufacturing implementation / Enhancement / Upgradation / Support projects

Eligibility:

• University degree (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science etc)
• Overall knowledge of SAP Master Data solutions with strong knowledge of Master Data Configuration and Conversion processes and best practices.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant SAP consulting experience in the Manufacturing Industry with a focus on Master Data Configuration, Conversion and Governance 
• At least 2 end to end projects in SAP S/4HANA implementation
• SAP Certification/s will be highly preferred
• Must be able to travel to project location on a weekly basis
