Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries for employee financial data, including payouts, bonuses, and reimbursements
  • Manage 401(k) process
  • Work on state tax related issues
  • Support accounting team in payroll tasks and reporting
  • Put together Accounts Payable list for all vendors, checking invoices, and ensuring payments

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Princeton Junction Office
  • Ability to work for around 40 hours per month
  • Experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience and knowledge of state/federal taxes
