Omni-Serv partners with the passenger airlines industry and carrier services to perform various aviation roles. Omni-Serv is in search of a Full-Time Supervisor available for full-time work with a flexible scheduleat Newark Liberty International Airport.We are looking for a candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, are team players, and have a positive and “can do” attitude.

Scope of Work:

The successful candidate will oversee and support operational activities, manage staffing needs, handle administrative tasks, and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism within the organization.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily schedules, employee shifts, time-off requests and the usage of overtime effectively
• Proactively prepare for contingencies such as employee absences or manpower shortage
• Collaborate closely with managers to address any operational issues and or concerns
• Ensure adherence to operational protocols and procedures
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure contractual operational needs are satisfied
• Lead, inspire and foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration
• Assist in creating a structured framework for addressing conflicts and a safe space for open communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the related field a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility: capable to work various shifts based on operational needs

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to work in inclement weather
• Be able to stand and walk for prolong periods 
• The strength to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Compensation: $23.50 per hour. Medical, vision and dental

Shift:

2:00pm to 11:00pm. Days off to be determined
