Omni-Serv partners with the passenger airlines industry and carrier services to perform various aviation roles. We are in search of an Assistant Manager to aid in support at Newark Liberty International Airport.A candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, is a team player, and has a positive and “can do” attitude 

Scope of Work:

The successful candidate will assist in the management of all client operations by working closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations. They will enforce company policies and procedures while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism within the organization.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee training and development 
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Ensure all company policies and work rules are enforced
• Collaborate closely with managers to address any operational issues and concerns
• Regularly interact with clients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Work with management to correct undesirable behavior in the operation
• Assist in other managerial tasks when the manager is not present

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of airport operational management experience or a related field a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver results under tight deadlines to showcase the ability to work efficiently and effectively when faced with time constraints

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in inclement weather
• The ability to stand or walk for prolong periods 
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted

Compensation:

$55,000.00 per year (Based on experience)

Shift:

2:00pm to 10:00pm. Days off to be determined.
