Overview

We consider our Supervisors as a part of our management team. Supervisors play a very essential role in supporting the management staff with meeting the needs of the operation and responding to employee and guest needs. We are seeking a determined and passionate candidate preferably with experience in the parking industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the overnight staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor the safety of vehicles, customers, employees, and the security of the overall premises
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee cash register operations, including handling cash transactions, ensuring accuracy, and reconciling cash at the end of each shift
- Report any vehicle accidents or employee injuries to management
- Provide employee orientation and training to new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Must be able to contact employees to fill shifts or personally cover a shift as needed
- Perform additional duties and assists in other departments as reasonably requested by Management

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent; some college is preferred
- Previous experience in the parking industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with customers' luggage
- Ability to work overnight shifts (REQUIRED)

Compensation
- $18 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
