With fully trained technicians, industry-leading products, and nationally backed warranties, FRS is here to restore your foundation or crawl space.
The Certified Field Inspector inspects company-provided and self-generated leads and closes sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair field.
At Groundworks Companies, we provide qualified, high-quality leads appointments, so there is minimal to no cold calling required!
Duties & Responsibilities :
Conduct in-home inspections; Diagnose foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues.
Educate the homeowner on the issues they have in their home and provide solutions for those foundation, basement, or crawlspace issues
Estimate the repairs and provide the homeowner with sellable job proposals.
Close sales with customers in the home
Clearly define sales and income goals and commit to their execution.
Commitment to continually improve and execute the sales process
Bring a can-do attitude to all leads and opportunities.
Represent the company in a professional manner
Learn and commit to accurate and timely reporting.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated and verifiable sales experience
In-home sales experience preferred, residential real estate, window / siding / roofing, home inspection, or home improvement experience accepted.
Ability to use technology and maneuver sales software tools required
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail skills required
Effective communicator both verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license required.
