As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager & Sales Associate to drive our paint and power wash division to new heights.

Role Overview:
The Operations & Sales Associate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of paint and power wash operations, from job initiation to completion, while also driving sales and revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong operational background, sales acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Initiate and manage paint and power wash jobs, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Material Procurement: Coordinate the procurement and management of paint, equipment, and other materials required for jobs, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive outreach, lead generation, client meetings, and proposal submissions, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients, such as specialty coatings, maintenance plans, or additional power wash treatments.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, providing expert advice, and building strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on production metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes, sales strategies, and customer service practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the paint, coatings, or power wash industry.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
