Position Overview:
As a Sales Professional at Groovy Hues, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our painting services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and cultivate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their painting requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client, highlighting the value proposition of our painting services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project estimates, timelines, and logistics, ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the painting or home improvement industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Valid driver's license.
