This position is commission-based, and the income opportunity ranges from $40,000 - $90,000 per year.

Position Overview:

The Sales Associate's primary role is to ensure that the purchase experience yields an exceedingly high level of customer satisfaction for every guest. Additional responsibilities include posting and responding to vehicle sales inquiries, prospecting, and developing potential customers through current relationships, new customers, and customer referrals.

  • You are a dedicated, energetic team player who wants to join our ever-growing network of dealerships.
  • You have 2 years of automotive sales experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Continuously developed new and qualified customer leads.
  • Closed sales are consistent with quotas and sales action plan objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technical and performance requirements essential to perform the position
  • Keep informed, establish, maintain and fine-tune the skills and abilities required to perform the position to the standards set.
  • Seek to understand and then comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Perform consistently the duties and responsibilities assigned to the standards and goals established for the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • You have 2 years of automotive sales experience
  • Eligible to receive a Colorado salesperson license
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States
