Are you a recent graduate with a passion for technology, operational efficiency, and artificial intelligence? We are looking for a curious, creative, and tenacious AI Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is situated at the intersection of business operations and the emerging field of artificial intelligence. It requires an individual with both technical and business-oriented skill sets. A successful candidate will possess an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional collaboration and communication skills. You will work directly with our tech-forward CEO to operate, optimize, and automate our business operations, starting with our Member Experience function. This will be a fast-paced, growth-focused role where you will be responsible for learning processes firsthand, and then developing, deploying, and managing AI agents to optimize and automate the work.

AI Operations Specialist (entry-level)

Company Information: Groom Club is reimagining the grooming industry to give busy pet parents and their best friends the care and experience they deserve. We believe that the best way to understand an industry is by actively participating in it, so we’ve started our journey by launching Nashville’s first premium mobile grooming service.
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in:
- Leading Daily Operations: Lead customer facing engagements including new member onboarding, scheduling, and communications, as well as back-office operations to support our Total Care team in the field.
- Collaborating with Total Care: Collaborate closely with our Total Care team, collecting feedback, analyzing existing processes and workflows, and listening to members to design and develop better systems and mechanisms that make our teams more efficient and members happy.
- Developing and Managing AI Solutions: Optimize and automate daily operations through the development of AI agents, developing workflows and SOPs, writing and systematically refining prompts, and integrating tools.

We're Looking for a Candidate With:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or a related technical field.
- Data-Driven Problem Solver: Leverage analytical skills to identify operational inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess strong technical skills and a willingness to learn and adopt AI technology as it evolves.
