Member Experience at Groom Club is a mix of new member sales, scheduling, reaching out to current members, and problem-solving. You’ll start each day responding to a mix of appointment requests, text messages, and voicemails. You’ll field questions about our service, explain to prospective members how we’re different from other mobile groomers, and overcome objections about price.
You'll intelligently set up our schedule, booking members close to one another to minimize drive time while using your problem-solving skills to manage reschedules and cancellations. You’ll follow up post-service to ensure pet parents are happy and you’ll proactively identify and address the unique needs of our members to ensure they feel warm and appreciated.
Collaboration is also a cornerstone of this role. You'll work closely with our Total Care team to ensure we deliver our services on time and you’ll play “air traffic control” during the day to support our team in the field. You’ll also work closely with leadership to set and exceed goals for the business and track daily and weekly numbers to make sure we’re on track to hit our goals.
Additionally, you will participate in membership events, such as nights out at the baseball park, dog park parties, and other fun events, and you will maintain an inventory of all new member gifts, ensuring our Total Care team is set up for success.
