Job Summary:Grön is seeking a dynamic Creative Services Manager to oversee and enhance our brand marketing department's creative projects. With a proactive and self-starter approach, the ideal candidate will manage and prioritize creative requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Collaborating closely with our designers and project owners, this role will serve as the central liaison between internal teams and external vendors, coordinating effectively across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Prioritization: Manage and prioritize all creative requests to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Coordinate closely with designers and project owners to align on expectations and deadlines
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for all external vendors, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives and timely delivery of assets
• Workflow Optimization: Utilize tools like Asana to facilitate project workflows, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and adjust priorities based on project urgency and resource availability
• Communication: Serve as a central communication hub for the creative team, enhancing clarity and reducing misunderstandings and errors through effective communication strategies
• Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, encouraging innovation and attention to detail among the team
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Increase visibility and collaboration across different departments, ensuring creative efforts are recognized and integrated seamlessly into broader company objectives
• Support Creative Talent: Enable the design team to focus primarily on creative tasks by relieving them from project management responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience in creative services management, preferably within a brand marketing setting
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in creative industry, with a proven record of accomplishment of managing comprehensive strategies and content creation
• Strong competency in project management tools such as Asana, with the ability to adapt to new technologies swiftly
• Expertise in utilizing modern file-sharing platforms and digital communication tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for time management and multitasking
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Kanban, Agile, Scrum, and Lean is highly desirable

Compensation: This position starts at $65,000
