JOB SUMMARY
Provides Administrative support to the senior leadership, Directors, and the Board of Directors. Helps to coordinate meetings, documents, agendas, minutes, and other projects and duties in the Administration Office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 3 years experience clerical and office work.
Required Skills
Excellent writing skills.

FUNCTIONAL DEMANDS
Physical Demands
-Lifting: Occasional Lift - Max of 5 lbs., 2 x day Frequent Lift - None Items Lifted - Binders, paper reams etc.
-Push/Pull: Moderate force required to push Banker Boxes on infrequent basis.
-Carry: Up to 5 lbs. for a maximum of 5 yards.
-Transfers: None
-Fine Motor: High degree required for paper work and computer use.
-Computer: 75% of each day with 75% of that time doing data entry, 25% mouse.
-Climbing: Occasional
-Stand: Up to 5 minutes at one time, up to 1 hour per day.
-Sit: 30 minutes at one time, up to 7 hours per day.
-Kneeling: Occasional
-Stooping: Up to 1 minute at one time, up to 15 minutes per day.
-Other: Constant talking, hearing, and seeing to interact with patients, visitors, and staff.
-Driving: Occasional
Environmental Conditions
Location: Inside.
Minimal risk of injury due to proximity of moving parts on computer, printers, fax and typewriter.
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Minimal exposure to bio-hazardous materials.
