Griswold Home Care NJSCFL is Hiring a Case Coordinator Near Egg Harbor, NJ
We're on the lookout for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to serve our clients and care staff, assisting with ongoing case management and staffing support.
In this exciting role, you will serve our community by matching our clients and caregivers together and serve as a case manager for the ongoing needs of our clients, helping them “live assured” with Griswold.

What we expect from you:
- Ensure clients have best-matched care by assigning care staff to cases
- Maintain communication and strong relationships with clients and caregivers
- Conduct retention visits and introductions for clients and caregivers
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand the client’s objectives, challenges, and care requirements
- Participate in on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures

You will be successful in the role if you:
- Associate degree in Human Services or related field is preferred but not required
- Relevant experience in a related role, specific experience in home care and scheduling is a plus
- Strong verbal, written skills, and people skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Pleasant phone manner
- Strong desire to help others
- Creative problem-solving skills as well as organized and detail-oriented
