Case Manager / Employment Specialist - Full-time Edison, NJ, Work Site: Ozanam Family Shelter, (21253, 22145)

Description

• Provide case management services to individuals at Ozanam Family Shelter
• Provide employment services to individuals at the Ozanam family shelter, Ozanam Inn Shelter and other permanent supportive sites
• The job includes screening, assessment, service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, de-escalation, managing relationship with a broad range of community providers, life skills teaching, transporting individuals to job interview, assisting client in applying for employment, building connection with other agencies, housing retention
• Utilization of HMIS case management software

Requirements

• BA/BS
• This job requires on-call coverage and evening hours
• Bi-lingual encouraged to apply
• Ability to work independently
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving history
