Program Supervisor II 146 - Bridgewater - Therapeutic Visitation Program (14420, 20475)

Description

• 1 Position: Full-Time - 35 hours per week
• $55,000 per year Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
• Oversight of the Therapeutic Supervised Visitation Program in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties.
• Serves as a direct Liaison between the agency and the local DCP&P offices in order to maintain contract expectations.
• Conduct intake assessments and treatment plans to ensure client goals are in line with the referral requests; Coordination of staff schedules to meet program requirements.
• Oversight and supervision of 6 employees.
• Administrative responsibilities include maintaining program vehicles and program supplies, organizing case conferences, attending management meetings and conducting program staff meetings.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field (professional license not required).
• One year experience supervising staff; knowledge of the Department of Children and Families system; valid drivers license; flexible full time schedule required.
