Our Core Business Hours are 9am-3pm PST, so we expect all of our employees to work at least during those hours and are flexible on the rest of your hours.
GRIN is looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executives (AE 4) to be responsible for hitting key revenue milestones by selling our industry-leading creator management SaaS platform to forward-thinking brands. As an integral part of GRIN's success, you will lead virtual sales presentations and live product demonstrations, as well as negotiating and closing deals, while holding yourself accountable to a consistent sales process. We prioritize drive and demonstrated success in whatever sales role you've been in before — we care far less about fancy pedigrees, schools, or a resume with "brand name" companies. We have a fun, positive culture of success.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills with multiple levels of stakeholders. Previous experience in a quota carrying role is required. Your success depends on your intense drive to hit goals and work with your team to win.
