Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a sales team
- Experience in account management and building long-term client relationships
- Technical sales experience is preferred
