Griffin Armament is an industry-leading manufacturing technology company in the firearms market segment and is seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Watertown, Wisconsin team. The position is 1st shift and falls under the Sales and Marketing department for supervision and tasking.
Griffin Armament is a growing, clean, climate-controlled environment that specializes in metal manufacturing. We pride ourselves on quality, efficiency, and accuracy. All team members work efficiently but the work atmosphere is fairly relaxed. Effective communication and respect for all are required.

WHO YOU ARE :
We are looking for someone who is excited to enter the firearms market space in order to passionately assist our great customers. We are looking for a motivated and energetic team player who desires job stability year to year in the firearms market.
This job provides a variety of different work responsibilities such as speaking with (via phone) and emailing end-users to resolve issues, answering questions to be friendly and helpful, resolving specific customer service issues that may involve the assistance of other departments, etc. Additionally, the customer service specialist is responsible for executing the communication and fulfillment of promotional programs, and working with other team members within the organization in an effort to promote total company health and improvement.
This job requires a base line knowledge of firearms, firearm components, sound suppressors, etc. The ideal candidate has worked in a firearms retail location for 2 or more years.
Necessary Character Qualities :
We all work hard but have a fun time doing it. We do not micromanage so you must be a self-starter and have the ability to manage yourself with very little oversight.
