Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of Human Resources operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Human Resources Specialist to support our clients within the National Institute of Health, Clinical Center.
NIH is located in Bethesda, MD and this position will be performed in a remote capacity. Candidates need to be agreeable to the possibility of the government returning staff on-site, potentially multiple days per pay period in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Staffing and Recruitment
· Offer insights into Position Description classification, job analysis, minimal qualifications and specialized experience, selective factors, and rating assessment questions to identify the most qualified applicant pool.
Advisory and Liaison Services
· Advises CC staff on developing/maintaining a Human Resources toolkit for Hiring Managers.
· May conduct training sessions for CC staff on Title 5 recruitment processes and other special hiring authorities.
Technical Writing
Job Requirements and Experience
· Capability of learning additional software that may be required for the position.
