The Position
We are seeking a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist in the maintenance of office supplies, and help maintain an organized workspace.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain records, documents, product information for our website, and other important information.
  • National Sales Rep Support: Serve as a point of contact for national sales reps, providing excellent service and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Report Generation: Create and maintain weekly/monthly reporting to support the sales and executive team.
  • Support for Team Members: Assist team members with various tasks and projects as needed. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and performing other duties to support the overall goals of the team.

Accountability
The Office Assistant will report directly to Eric Scharpf (President)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with common office productivity software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Superb time-management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
