Summary:

Provide support to Outside Sales team. Responsible for efficient processing of orders and product movement.

· Order Processing-Enters and processes received orders through M2M and coordinates with production for deadlines. Issues credit memos and RMA’s where applicable.

· Create shippers for the shipping dept when material is ready for shipment.

· Create ASN’s (Advanced Shipping Notice) and forward to Green Lines.

· Quote pricing and lead times to customers as needed.

· Customer Information-Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

· Coordinates scheduling of deliveries with Inside Sales Associate and Greenline's. Schedules LTL’S, where applicable.

· Attend daily tube team meeting.

· Participates in inventory control, production requirements and team planning meetings.

· Develop product knowledge.

· Basic customer communication to convey order status and stock levels.

· Coordinates RMA’s and return of products.

· Good communication/language skills

· Good organizational and critical reasoning skills

· Good people skills

· Computer typing skills and basic familiarity with standard Windows software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Able to become proficient with company software M2M.

· Minimum 1-2 years clerical, data entry and order processing

· High school diploma or equivalent.
