GreenView Partners is a rapidly growing commercial landscape company in the central North Carolina region with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, Fayetteville and Wilmington. Our maintenance customers include large office parks, homeowner’s associations, apartment complexes and shopping centers.
We currently have an immediate opening for Full Time Lawn Care Technician in our Charlotte office.
We are looking for hard working individuals to grow with us! Our ideal candidates are committed individuals who are willing to work during all seasons, are dependable, and are looking for a career in the green industry.
Pay can and will increase on experience
Duties:
- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to ensure the health and appearance of lawns
- Operate power tools and equipment necessary for lawn maintenance
- Assist with landscaping projects including planting, turf application
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
Requierements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or related field (2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, spray/pesticides, and landscaping practices
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery used in lawn maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work with heavy equipment and being able to lift at least 70lbs, and walk in uneven path.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades:
- Realizar tareas de cuidado y mantenimiento del césped, como cortar, bordear y recortar.
- Aplicar fertilizantes, herbicidas y pesticidas para garantizar la salud y apariencia del césped.
- Operar herramientas eléctricas y equipos necesarios para el mantenimiento del césped.
- Ayudar con proyectos de paisajismo, incluida la plantación y la aplicación de césped.
- Ser capaz de levantar peso, al menos 70 libras, y caminar en piso desigual.
- Mantener la limpieza y organización del área y equipo de trabajo.
Requisitos:
