We are PGA Lawn Care. We are the premier lawn care company in Charlotte by servicing over 2000 residential homes. We are seeking skilled and experienced Lawn Care Technicians and Landscapers to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant, fertilize, and irrigate gardens and flower beds
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems
- Assist with hardscape installation such as patios and walkways
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment
-Perform aeration on warm and cool season grasses

Experience:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field required
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including proper mowing heights, plant knowledge, pruning and mulching experience as well
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers and aerators
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

REQUIREMENTS:

-VALID DRIVERS LICENSE W/ A CLEAN BACKGROUND

-2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

-21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

-RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO WORK
