- No Weekends;
- 7 am - 5 pm.
We are PGA Lawn Care. We are a high-end residential Lawn Maintenance service looking to expand our current crews. Right now we are looking to bring on Route Leaders to help take care of our customer’s landscapes.
This position will consist of:
This position will consist of:
- Organizing the mowing truck and equipment that we provide;
- Taking your assigned route and completing the daily tasks;
- It is also a position of being responsible for the quality of the work that gets done with your crew, and doing it safely;
- Building relationships with the customers in your route;
- Taking care of the equipment.
This position may sound like a lot of work, but it is. But we want to reward hard work that helps us take care of our customers. That is why this position will include an hourly rate that is competitive for this industry plus we are now offering a monthly bonus! This bonus is based on meeting certain metrics every month.
