Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant Wanted at GreenSpace Recycling!

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to make a difference? GreenSpace Recycling is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire position. Join us in our mission to create sustainable solutions for multifamily properties.

Availability and Requirements:

Monday- Friday: 7:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service- greet clients, visitors, and applicants as needed.
• Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for employees, clients, company fleet, and all other company needs.
• Data input- accurately create, maintain, enter, update, and manage information streams into appropriate databases.
• Coordinate office and driver supply inventory, equipment, and uniforms as needed.
• Participate in community and internal outreach projects (potential evening/weekend participation).

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Willingness and ability to learn other cloud applications and information portals for proprietary use)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including driving risk analysis by the Company's insurer, a Motor Vehicle Report to confirm safe driving records, drug screening, background check, and results therein. For the FMCSA, all drivers “who operate a commercial motor vehicle in commerce in any State” are safety-sensitive employees. 

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour

Benefits Offered:Employees accrue PTO at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and can enroll in our company’s 401k plan after 60 days.

Full-time employees are offered medical insurance after 90 days.
