Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction landscaping industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of construction and landscaping terminology is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience using Procore

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, including site visits, material deliveries, and construction activities.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, on-site crews, and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
• Track project expenses, prepare budget reports, and assist with cost analysis.
• Manage and maintain project files and records.
• Support the safety and compliance efforts on construction sites.
• Handle administrative tasks related to project billing and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
