What we need:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starting Landscape Estimator/Designer to join our team. As an Estimator at Greenscape, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bidding and project planning processes. The ideal candidate possesses the ability and experience in generating proposals based on accurate cost estimates. 

What we need from you: 

• Estimating and design in commercial landscape
• Generate commercial landscape maintenance bids and enhancements
• Support Business Developer and Client Relations Managers with transition from lead through proposal to signed contract and hand off to production
• Execute all annual color bed designs and plans
• Interfaces with Client Relations Manager and Business Developer to ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional manner

What you need to be successful:

• Preferred CAD proficiency
• Preferred 3 years of estimating and designing in the green industry
• Able to conduct a thorough site analysis
• Able to calculate related quantities for soil, plants, mulch and labor
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys challenges and problem solving
