Job Title: Executive/Marketing Assistant

Greensboro Auto Center, a premier automotive dealership in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Executive/Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our executive team to support their day-to-day operations and assist with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team.

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of presentations, reports, and other documents

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions

- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for marketing materials, advertising, and digital media

- Monitor and update social media platforms, website content, and online listings

- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters

- Maintain customer database and assist in customer relationship management activities

- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an executive assistant or marketing assistant is preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms

- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professional and friendly demeanor
