We are on a journey to achieve $1bn of revenues in the Americas across the Industrial Mobility and Energy Storage System sectors.

To facilitate this growth, the Americas’ business is seeking a creative, tenacious, and self-sufficient

marketing leader with a rare ability to truly understand and deliver what matters to the customer. The goal of this role is to understand the America’s voice of the customer, develop and promote our competitive differentiators through available marketing and communication channels and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the organization’s objectives and competitive differentiators.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
• Manage tradeshows and marketing events in the Americas from conception to execution.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing and sales content, such as website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and brochures for the Americas markets.
• Develop engaging and impactful marketing materials with a focus on maximizing market penetration, achieving customer loyalty and driving revenue.
• Coordinate product launches in the Americas’ and support go-to-market business plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, industry-specific customer insights, and market conditions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and customer surveys to identify opportunities, improve marketing

strategies, and enhance the organization’s competitive advantage.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, achieve marketing objectives, and maximize ROI.
• Provide regular reports, highlighting ROI and KPIs, campaign results, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders and develop a US based team of 3^rd party contractors for niche marketing function support.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.

• 10 years’ experience in North America industrial marketing business-to-business roles, including digital and product launches.
  • Certifications in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Mobility, Energy Storage and Renewable Energy industries is a plus.
