Position Overview:
We are in a period of significant growth, creating new opportunities for innovation, expansion, and market leadership with a focus on harnessing emerging technologies, expanding our market presence, and diversifying our product/service offerings. As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic, certified Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and executing project management initiatives in a fast-paced marketing agency enviornment with creativity and precision, have a team player mentality, and a passion for growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management & Operations, this person will be a project management guru who understands the unique challenges and opportunities of a young, quickly scaling marketing agency environment. The goal of this position is to maximize efficiency and productivity across our internal teams by identifying areas for improvement and implementing tools, processes and procedures that support our business-critical projects and ultimately drive profitability. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and deliver internal projects, keeping all projects on track and ensuring successful completion in scope, budget and on time.
  • Utilize our Monday.com tool for all projects within Green House and help to socialize its use and proficiency among Green House teammates.
  • Help to improve our Monday.com environment to be more connected and efficient across all departments and internal client teams.
  • Increase efficiencies and reduce opportunities for human error by building workflows, integrations and automations within the Monday.com tool.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and within project teams to ensure seamless integration with all stakeholders and capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans for project updates that acknowledge our diverse team who operate in both field and office, as well as across North America markets and with varying hours of work.
  • Manage project resources, including reasonable time and effort estimations, team allocation/bandwidth based on workload and budgets to optimize project delivery and financial performance.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by leading post-project reviews (retrospectives) and incorporating feedback into future project management practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously refine and improve project management and ways of working within Green House.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced, marketing agency environment required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field required.
  • Project Management certification required.
  • Extensive Monday.com project management experience required. 
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency, specifically with Outlook, Teams and SharePoint required. 
  • Location: Miami-based preferred.
  • Experience with and strong understanding of the Agile methodology; prioritizing cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement required.
  • In-depth knowledge and a successful track record of applying project management principles, methodologies and tools required.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and clients required.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment required.
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail required.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, confidence, and innovation within project teams required. 
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $130K (negotiable depending on location and experience)
