Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Function : People Operations Generalist

Role Type: Full time

Location: Major Metro Area, North America

Reporting to: VP, People & Operations

Stakeholders: Executive Leadership / Department Heads / Finance Team

Purpose of The Role

As Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with the design, management and evolution of the company’s Talent Strategies and processes. You will maintain knowledge of regional and global trends in workforce management and use that expertise to power the company’s growth and stability. You will learn the company’s product, value proposition, and competitive landscape to bolster your ability to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the executive team, your core areas of responsibilities will include: Employer Branding, Recruitment, Internship Programs, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training Initiatives, Handbook and policy development, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisals, Recognition Programs, Succession Planning, Procurement, HRIS management, Consultant and Vendor management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, or related subject.
• Mandatory 2-5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the tech industry.
• Good understanding of US/Canadian employment law
• Should have knowledge of corporate budgeting, governance, and compliance.
• Highly analytical and creative thinker with excellent self-discipline and
  time management skills.
• Should have stakeholder & project management skills with an entrepreneurial
  can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, along with virtuoso
  presentation skills.

Must have authorization to work in the US or Canada
